該設備清洗、挑選、振動瀝水、風干/烘干于一體，清洗效率高、自動連續(xù)清洗，省水率高于70%。主要用于高低溫殺菌后，產品表面油垢、污漬的連續(xù)清洗及風干，可按需要訂做，并可直接并入裝箱實現(xiàn)流水化生產。

The equipment is integrated with cleaning, selection, vibration, waterlogging, air drying/drying, with high cleaning efficiency and automatic continuous cleaning, and the water saving rate is higher than 70%. It is mainly used for continuous cleaning and air drying of oil and dirt on product surface after high and low temperature sterilization.

整機全部采用SUS304不銹鋼加工制造，將清洗的產品或殺菌后的產品輸入輸送網(wǎng)帶，無極調速控制，運行平穩(wěn)經設備的強勁風力及時將物料表面的殘留水滴去除，除水干燥既可進入下面加工環(huán)節(jié)，簡化了生產工藝，提高了生產效率。

The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel processing and manufacturing, will be cleaned products or sterilized products into the transmission network belt, stepless speed control, smooth operation through the strong wind of the equipment in time to remove the residual water droplets on the material surface, in addition to water drying can enter the following processing links, simplify the production process, improve the production efficiency.
