漂燙線整機均采用SUS/2B304不銹鋼制作，該機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡便、故障率低。主要針對各種肉制品、蔬菜、瓜果的前處理加工，整機分為漂燙段和冷卻段兩部分組成；采用蒸汽加熱或者電加熱，溫度可調(diào)控，輸送帶采用變頻調(diào)速電機，速度可調(diào)，可針對不同的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)；整機設(shè)計為獨立內(nèi)膽結(jié)構(gòu)，外形框架焊接而成，結(jié)實耐用，增加設(shè)備使用壽命。

The machine is made of SUS/2B304 stainless steel with compact structure, simple operation and low failure rate. The machine is divided into two parts: blanching section and cooling section. The temperature can be controlled by steam heating or electric heating. The conveyor belt adopts variable frequency speed-regulating motor with adjustable speed, which can be adjusted for different products. The whole machine is designed with independent inner structure and welded frame, which is strong and durable and can increase the service life of the equipment.
